Fish Hoek is a little settlement just outside of Cape Town on the False Bay coast It is blessed with a breath taking beach, where the waves break for the first time in their previously unhindered journey from the Antarctic Backed by Table Mountain, the locals enjoy the outdoors as a way of life it is this spirit that we hope to capture in this wine.
The grapes are from the vineyards of the Breedekloof region T he grapes were picked at different sugar levels to get a whole spectrum of flavors The grapes were crushed gently pressed and juice cold settled overnight Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with different cultured yeasts. Wine were kept on fine lees until blending.
